Just signed my paperwork for a new 2025 Svartpilen 801. Wasn't really looking for one, but the price was $7699. No other fees (such as freight, setup, documents, etc). They are throwing the Dynamic Pack and cruise in for cost only, no installation fees. Under $8500 total. I mean, they practically made me buy it. Won't be picking it up for a while as the cruise parts are backordered. No big deal as I live in Northern Wisconsin, USA, and won't be able to ride it for a few months at best. This will join my current bikes, a 2010 FJR1300 and a 2004 VTX1800. My bike before those two was a 2007 KTM Super Duke 990. An absolutely brilliant bike that I missed the day I sold it. Was getting a bit rough finding parts for it though, and I got a great price for it. I think the Husky will fill that hooligan void quite nicely. Not quite the power of the Duke, but more than enough. Looking forward to poring over the posts here for advice, you've already helped me find the Givi tanklock ring I will need (looks like the ZT480F-2R). Thanks for the add!

I don’t think you can get more bang for your buck than an 801 right now. I wasn’t planning on buying one either but the price was so low I kind of had to. When the price drops so close to a 401 it’s a no brainer.

Yep. Was considering a 750 Hornet, but getting the 801 for less is an amazing deal. Can't wait for spring!
