- New valves (cylinder head was reworked for other valves from yamaha all 4 valves was a titanium) its reworked because new oryginal valves not exist....
- New piston and cylinder

I know that this bikes are not quietest and when i bought bike i heard the noise too but i suppose that was a quieter.
Did you have idea what is this?
Or in this bike its a normal behavior?

I only ride this bike when i bought it almost hmmm 2hours? So i cant compare much more what was now and before rebuild.

Again sorry for my language...

Hmm... I'm no expert but that does sound like valve noise to me. And you say Yamaha valves were installed?
I'd guess that if the rest of the setup, cams etc. are the same the clearances should be set as stock?
Have you checked the valve clearances?

The thing is a valve clereances i set with manual. Like 0.10 intake 0.15 exhaust.
When i turn engine by a hand i cannot hear any suspicious noise. Timing chain is new, tensioner looks fine. I dont know what to do now...

Are you absolutely sure the timing gears and chain are properly aligned?
What did you use for a head gasket? Maybe it is too thin?
Also, maybe use a scope and check the top of the piston for marks...
See the marks in the valve cutouts in this piston?

Yes im absolutly sure about timing gear i made this like in manual.
i Use a 2x gasket under cylinder and 1x gasket (0,7mm) under cylinder head. Today i set again valve clereance a little bit more. But sound wont change.
I thinking about buying a mini endoscope to look into cylinder throught a spark plug hole. From 5 months i wont ride cuz i make a repairs. But this is the last mystery i can't guess.
I cant sleep at night wondering what is that....
I type on fb husq page. One guy tells me that his bike make that sound too. And other guy tells me that is nothing wrong with it. But i have doubts....

I bought a mini endoscope and put in the spark plug hole, this is a picture of a piston, on this picture i see that intake valve gently tapping a piston. In my opinion mechanic who doing a "rework" of cylinder head screw something.

Yep, finally... Thx for answering btw in this thread.
Now i think we can close this thread :):)

That's an interesting choice... but I don't know enough to really comment.
Please let us know how it runs when it's done. I hope it comes out well!
