FE 501S or FE 501

Hello, I'm just over 50 and used to ride enduro bikes until I was 25. I've been wanting to buy another street legal one and have found a 2015 FE 501 not street legal.
Wondering if anyone knows how difficult it is to add a light kit and wiring to the non street legal bike? Thanks for any replies.

Unless that 2015 has $3000 in farkles and they want $4000.....
