Factory Coolant - Need to Topup

Hey Husky Pack, is that what we call ourselves? New to this forum, referred to by @Disrupt.

Just doing some general maintenance on my 22 Svart, noticed the coolant compensation tank is below the minimum (the radiator however is full). Manual calls for Motorex M3.0, the current coolant is Green and not pink like the M3.0.

My question is, what does the Svart come with from Factory (Aus Spec), or do I need to flush and start from scratch?

I’m nearing 7000km.

Green is probably India’s own mix generic, mine had green also. I replaced with Motul motocool Organic (pink) the manual says 1.1 litres irrc but mine only took 950ml to fill from drained completely. I now have a spare new bottle (I bought 2lr) for later this year as when I will change coolant again. I changed mine at about 600 miles and the Motul has been fine for 2500 miles. I would have thought that Husqvarna would at least fill it with Motorex fluids from factory as they bleat on about only using Motorex. Fork oil is not Motorex either!! My local bike shop is a Motul dealer so Motul all the way for me. I also changed the brake fluid and found the sponginess went away so probably not Motorex brake fluid either, go figure.

A full bleed and flush is looking likely by the sounds of it. Thanks @Jester1971

Mine is also green and floating around ‘minimum’ level (allowing for overflow I guess?)
