Exhaust Retrofit

It claims it is Titanium and has a catalytic converter? No way that is true for $200, the material would cost more than that.
I inspected the inside of the pipe using a remote camera for hard to reach areas. What I found there, look at the photo. There is something similar to a catalyst there, but the composition of these plates can be anything, I am mentally prepared for this. Taking into account the place where it was purchased - aliexpress. But I won’t throw a stone, I won’t say a single bad word about this store. There you can see the price of the product near the real, without additional payment for brand, label, etc. Thanks to them for this. And, situable (or no) of cat does not bother me, let Green Peace think about it.
The fact that this is actually Ti is also a high possibility, taking into account weight of pipe. And, confirmation of the cost is a screenshot of my order. The price in rubles approximately corresponds to $200 at the exchange rate.

Dear friend, did I understand you correctly that you installed a titanium exhaust on your Arrow from aliexpress? Is it the same as in my photo?
Could you take more detailed photos of your installation? How did this pipe fit into the original muffler? How did the connection with the middle pipe and frame, where the large black resonator previously have been (in the area of the swingarm)? Are there any exhaust leaks at the connection between the front pipe and the middle pipe (there is no gasket there, only clamp)?
If you mean reconfiguring the injection controller, then I have not seen such actions in three installations of the upper exhaust (YouTube). The authors of the videos didn’t say anything about this, so I think that reconfiguration is not needed.
I will be very grateful to you for the photo and information, this is very important and necessary for me! Thank you in advance!

If you have done a decat install, then I would do a ECU-installation. If you haven’t, then no need for anything. Regardless, the FuelX lite (is not an ECU) does help the bike run better under non aggressive riding. I have the FuelX lite installed and I did notice a positive difference after the installation.

You can see mine here. Also, mine had a lot of leftover blast media inside. Be sure to shake yours out...

Yes, I also noticed the debris in the pipes. I think not just shake it out, but also wash it!
Thank you very much for the link. Have you installed this exhaust?

Pay attention. The peculiarity of installation that I want to do is that the upper exhaust is connected to original muffler from 2020 model year.

Sorry for the late reply, but I think you have the same pipe as mine. After using the new exhaust pipe I felt like it definitely must get re-tuned since my bike loses power in the low revs. As you can see in the picture, sorry for my dirty bike, the resonator must be removed, which will make the bike sound really loud. I don’t connect the pipe with my original muffler, but it fits with my Leovince lv10. Mine doesn't come with a clamp so my mechanic has to get one for me to connect those pipes together.

Hi, friend! Thank you very much for the photo. I got the information I needed. And I understood your installation.
I didn’t quite understand about connecting the pipes. Are you talking about the gasket and clamp? Which pipes are you unable to connect? Aliexpress has the necessary gaskets and clamps for the exhaust system for the 2018 model year.

From the header to the middle pipe, my mechanic told me he had to do some "mod" with the pipe because the one who sold it to me didn't give me the clamps, I think he wields it though.

I think you need an original clamp and gaskets from a Husqvarna/KTM dealer (see screenshot from the official catalog), or a set with a diameter 41 mm from Aliexpress (see photo). Unless your mechanic not modifies the pipe connection.
PS A small clarification on the kit diameter 41 mm from Aliexpress. I have a doubt, in a couple of days I will clarify the exact size of gasket and clamp using by original parts. I have it.
PPS I checked. To connect the front and middle pipes (in our version), a 41 mm kit is required (inner diameter of the gasket)
