Buy a 701 Enduro or Supermoto

Hey guys. I what to buy a 701 with the purpose of driving everyday to work and on the weekends do serious off-road. I what to have two set of wheel sets the enduro and the mortard. And I wanted to know what bike do you recommend the enduro or the motard. What is the difference ? Suspension ?

Depending on the laws in Chili... are both "street legal" there? If that doesnt matter, start with the enduro.
Here in California, we would buy the street legal one that you can get a license plate for, and then mod it for off road.

I think the idea of an enduro is that you can go on road or off road.

Thats what I would pick.

I also would not bother with the wheels, the enduro wheels with the right tires are sufficient.

When you do "real offroad" where the enduro will be challenged to keep up "race-pace" then you are better off with a "real offroad" bike like a 300 two stroke or a 450 four stroke.

Yup, the 701's limits, are the tires. The bike can do many roles, but having tires that are superior in 1 role, are poor in the other role. Picking a "combo" tire gets you marginal performance, in BOTH roles. This is, the dichotomy.

Here I am, breaking-in my new 701, on the track. No mods yet, even had the dealer plate on it!
