2016 Enduro 701. Any ideas for rear light package?

I have a 2016 701. I am wondering if anyone out there has a slim combined LED rear brake and turn signal set up that they like? One that will replace the stock lights. The exhaust keeps melting my left turn signal and sticks out pretty far. So I would like to get light set up that I dont have to modify. The ones I have seen I am just not sure how they are. They seem cheap. So I am hoping someone out there got one and they really like it. If you have one you like, if you dont mind, please send pictures and a link where to purchase.

Had one on my Harley for a few years. Worked very well.
