I have no idea what Euro blinkers you're talking about (the Husqvarna ones -- I believe it's south Asia/Thailand and stuff). But, yes, you must have the blinker. The Husqvarna blinker part numbers provided in this thread MUST have the relay. The Svartpilen's for North America come with 12V...
