I don't know by heart @Manuel and I don't have an assistant at hand. I do know I measured these values after I installed the shock (and they were within range). I even double checked these values with my suspension guy.

I get ya, and what I did is far from scientific and more a kludge from an era we still had damper rods. Your way is absolutely preferred. That said, it works wonderfully well before reshimming the stack in the cartridge. By that point I'd completely replace the stock cartridges.

Oh, I recently switched from ContiRoad to ContiAttack SM EVO. These seem to be a tad narrower and a bit more "pointy" making the bike less stable in a straight line, but more stable once banked over. Of course they will wear out too quick, but so far the Vit loves them.

So y'all know I'm the SAE15W oil guy. This made a big improvement for me compared to stock. In general I was happy how my bike/forks behaved, but I still had a wish. It still felt a bit insecure mid stroke. Like a front end up/down wallow. Like the front and rear weren't balanced. I'm like fk...

Between 30 and 50 per wheel on loose wheels seems to be normal. I bought an olmaxmotors tire changer a few years ago. Saves me so much time and money…
