    Bluetooth Paring

It works fine for me; I did not try music, but phone calls with an iPhone and the very simple Sena 3S headset; it also works with the parallel added TomTom sat nav.

Because of the very short front fender, I've added the radiator guard.

@801FAN I just noticed; they changed the part number of the "heated grip kit"; the old kit fitted the 801 and also the Duke 390, in the new kit a bracket is included to fit the kit also to some other bikes like the KTM Adventure. The kit with the old part number is still available; at least...

    Duke 390 (2017 - 2023) tail tidy adapted to the 801

Here also a pic of the Akrapovic exhaust togeter with the Duke 390 tail tidy; and some pic of the stock exhaust with the 390 tail tidy; with the stock exhaust a heat shield at the indicator is definitely required; otherwise the tip of the indicator gets damaged from the exhaust gases (at high rpms).

    Duke 390 (2017 - 2023) tail tidy adapted to the 801

Some pics of the Chinese "version" of the Duke 390 tail tidy together with the Remus exhaust. As long as the db-killer is built-in, possibly it might also work without a heat shield to protect the indicator.

Bike shut off after 2 minutes while idling in the garage

Same here; I mentioned it at the last service at the dealer and they updated the bike with the latest available software, which may or may not fix the fault...

I'm now at about 4600km; and one or two 300km daytrips should still be possible; then the rear is done. From what I've read, about 5000km seems to be quite normal with the MT 60 RS.

SDR 1290 tail tidy adapted to the 801

Don't know why it should be done intentionally, but yes, at the bent the structure of the plate is heavily weakend from the manufacturing process, where the plate finally brakes.

Today I checked the spare license plate mounting plate; it's from factory nearly cut at the bent; no wonder that it broke...

So it'll be about 23.000km a year just for commuting plus fun-km; that's indeed quite a lot; and up to now nobody of us knows if the camshaft problem still is a problem or if they solved it. On the other hand side, you could be our test pilot; in about a year we will all know if the problem...

Bike shut off after 2 minutes while idling in the garage

Because of the loose grip, I assume that the screw underneath the rubber simply needs to be tightened.
