    Stock muffler reimagined

As a follow up, not sure I would do it again. The muffler under the guard is pitted in places as it comes from the factory. I used aluminum solder to fill the worst of those. You have to be very carful cutting and grinding the aluminum brackets that held on the old guard to not create any...

    Stock muffler reimagined

Not doubt some like it, but the thin stamped metal heat guard on the muffler did not appeal to me I do appreciate the subdued sound levels coming from a stock muffler though. It compliments the bike's non-threatening styling and allows me to buzz about aggressively with minimal concern...

Do You Use A Chain Lube Spray, Or A Chain Paste?

You Tuber FortNine did a vid comparing all the various lubes for flinging, friction, durability. His conclusion: Use 90 weight gear lube. I did. It stinks up the garage.

    Fender Eliminator 401

Here is my home solution after finding all the commercial stuff expensive and lacking in esthetics (in my humble opinion). No permanent alteration required. No hardware beyond about 1/2 sq ft of .050 aluminum sheet. Attached solely and securely at the signal light stems and secured with...
