In the Vitpilen racing group on Facebook they talk about 2020ish original cam, that should produce more peak power.. (they talk about euro 5 model cams, I thought all Vitpilens are euro 4 but what do I know..)

Hey don't worry.. yes it should be used without lid or an (maybe 10mm) elevated lid. The original cage is really smart, it's funtional, cheap to produce and easy to handle. The diameter of the original airintake (funnels) is a lot smaller than the holes located at the side of the cage. I tried...

Yes, only a Dyno would show the difference, but it's a long way to go till there.. I think airflow is crucial at low and mid revs, at high rpms it got enough inertia to suck even through thin funnels.. Maybe airflow is the false term?

Our Vitpilen is very similar to duke 3 to 5, so there is a market.. Shure springing setting and travel is different but these things are not expensive to change for someone like öhlins, k-teck, wilbers or wp (colourcoding from above,😂)

great news! so there's a new option for suspension upgrades.. i dont't understand why gold, red, blue or even white have no upgrade parts for Vitpilen

has anybody thought about a mod of the filter cage like this? pirate racing mentioned that they will prove a mod, but never againe heard a word about it.. iam curious if this has no impact or they just wanna sell their bmc cone filter?!?
