Agreed. QC is lessened on India made bikes. Had a 18 Vit and now 20 Svart and the diff is glaring.. oh well, at least I ride my fave bike..

Yeah that fix-a-flat didnt cut it that time though I tried.. I had Bridgestone dual-purpose tires installed when I bought it so they must've put tubes. I had no choice but to change it when I saw that 3 inch nail still embedded into it..

Had also a 2020 Duke 390. Awesome on the twisties..

Had a flat once on the rear, was a pain as I was deep in the woods so I had to have it towed to get the tube replaced.. no issues with spokes though. Strangely enough my '20 Svart has cast wheels..🤔

Interesting. You want to install a pre 2020 exhaust on yours? To re route it on top? There is a heavily discounted 18/19 Akrapovic slipon avail here though I would have to change the header as well or adapt the mounting..

True the white 18/19 edition of the Vit is beautiful but in Costa Rica the choices are limited so you go with whats available. I've put enduro bars on mine (and dual purpose tires) to be able to ride on dirt roads as well. Sold it last year..

No, they were not too tight, just open the harness for some slackness and re routing..

Catalitic converter.. here is what I did a few years ago on my Vit: Dont think I would do it again because of the cable harness mess.. Got me a Svart instead..
