I can’t lock it at full steering, have to turn the handle back a little like I’ve had to with every bike I’ve owned. Other than that, I have no issues.

Vitpilen heelguards in place. Had to pre heat the screws, crazy amounts of locktite.

Those are original parts for the Vitpilen 801. I ordered them through my dealer.

I gave up on the carbon heel guards. Got these three days after ordering. €55

I didn’t notice anything, except I was allowed to rev freely.

The new indicator feature isn’t listed in the menu, but I’m guessing that part of the software update could be the issue for your bike. I have checked with a friend of mine that has a 1290R and he told me his bike also got that feature after the latest service update. On the 401 I know there’s...
