Were you able to reset your service interval with the typical: Press Mode until it shows the odometer. Then press Set until you see the wrench icon. Then press and hold Set for 10 seconds. ? I wasn't able to get it to work, I just finished doing my oil change about an hour ago, I did it at 622...

I will let you know, I haven't had any issues with false nuetral thankfully. And after the 500 mi mark my engine started to feel way smoother so I'm excited to see how it will be this weekend after the oil change. I don't use the EZ shift much I prefer using clutch since it feels smoother.

Closing the loop on this thread, I went into cyclegear which had the oil I mentioned up top available for pickup and this was it. Proper standard and everything. I also ordered some of revzilla but since there's shipping delays I went in to the store to pick this up since I'm at the 619 mi mark...

Im thinking the description only applies to the 10w60 but the 10w50 should be MA2

Yes I am going with 10w50, the picture only shows 10w60 but under options you can choose 10w50. I should have noted that as well. Thanks Max

My husqvarna warranty contract says that proper maintenance performed by the owner will not void the warranty. And has no mention of the first service being considered different. I'd say as long as you keep receipts and document you maintenance it should be fine.

Right that sounds like a drag to reset every 600 miles

Not sure about software updates but as far as setting rpm shift light and resetting service interval it's laid out in the owners manual on how to do. Looking into it, I will probably do my own service since it is just an oil flush plus regular checks you should be doing periodically. I suggest...
