2 color coats, just enough to be fully covered. Then 3 of the spraymax 2k. First coat is a 'bonding' coat, your goal isn't high gloss, second coat is medium, should have nice gloss, third coat is wet, just shy of runs. Gives great depth, cures hard and plenty of clear that you can wetsand fully.

Took forever to get the laser settings correct to cut vinyl stickers, but eventually nailed it down. I might order a matte bronze vinyl sheet and try that, but for now this is good, breaks up all that red.

Older charging systems have problems at idle but modern bikes do not. It sounds like you RR swap fixed your issue.

Those are the right ones. That is not what is on the smaller bikes (401). Also, those little pigtails are usually not cheap.

You're going to make a mounting block I assume since the new base size covers up the rear two stock holes in the base plaste?

I got it done today without a mounting block but I did it by drilling and tapping new holes in the subframe 8mm to the outside of each stock hole. It is a nice looking kit when it is all done. Powdercoated the base after this test fit.

That was what I meant to order but I got it off Amazon and searching for that took me to the 2024+ and I just didn't verify. So now I have a little more fabrication work to do, but it will be done today.
