Cool article.
I didnt know I had a 4 piston front caliper...
And what bike is it showing for the 401 front wheel... 5 spokes that are twisty, abs ring cover, aerodynamic fork guard...

Wonder where they got the power numbers. All I ever saw for the 401 was 40HP+ when I was shopping and choosing between it and the Kawi.

HP (measured) is what it says, not sure how much confidence to have on their numbers when the pics for the pilen are of atleast 3 different bikes...
Also would point at the weight...
Whats interesting is...
KTM Dry to measured 35 lbs. - fuel = 13 lbs.
HQV Dry to measured 24 lbs. - fuel = 8 lbs.

Where are the 5 lbs... 🤯🤯🤯

I mean between the two bikes, oil and battery, etc., should be the same... thats where I wonder about the 5 lbs...why does the duke have 5 lbs worth of additional oil 🤦‍♂️

How can the Svart and 390 have different hp figures, exact same engine, frame, transmission, etc. Interesting that the Z400 is only1lb heavier with 1.2 gallons more fuel. If that made that in an RS cafe that would be a nice ride.

I can easily see that the two duke type bikes have different Horsepower figures because of the weight; in order to have A2 the power to weight ratio is limited from what I understand, and software is easily tuned.

But yes, the figures are strange, maybe the Kawi uses helium fuel...
