Hello

This week-end, I'll have my first try with the dashboard navigator.
I prepared my road book 2 weeks ago on google maps and did it again in the Ride app this morning. I hope it will help me to find my way easyly during my road trip, without using my old style paper road book.

After 350 km ride today, it was nice to use.
But sometimes it was disconnected during riding.
It happens twice when I missed one connection and I don't know if it doesn't want to recalculate the new way
I was also often on the german Luxembourg border and I lost connection network with my phone

The only pitty is that you need to reconnect the phone first each time you want to use it

I tried it but it´s too unreliable. I live in rural Andalusia and it just does not work well. i now use a Beeline Moto2. less problems.

On big trips I use a phone and a dedicated GPS (Xumo XT) most of the time the phone is the best option, but in some remote areas it's good to have a sat nav backup
