    Issues fixed under warranty

I didn't know about switching rotors making it better. Even if the rim rotor mount surface was machine flat I would assume it was done with a setup that assumed perpendicularity between the axle and the flat part of the hub, so that still wouldn't fix an error where the axle path was machine...

Discs are floating for expansion, not transverse motion. I'm wondering if the hub isn't perfectly perpendicular to the axle. You wouldn't notice it as a wobble in the wheel with a tire on it, but a couple thousandths of wobble on the disc vs pad face would be an issue. If they machine a batch...

You have any machinist measuring tools? If you put a dial gauge on a magnetic mount on the brake caliper and set the tip of the gauge against the rotor I would be very curious if you see zero runout.

Remove the sprocket cover and get a flashlight. I bet the oil around the pan gasket is actually leaking down from the output shaft seal. I've looked a 5 different 790-engined bikes (3 dukes, 2 huskies) and 4 of the 5 have this weeping. Check your chain tension, run it looser than the spec...

    Issues fixed under warranty

I have a very slight automatic chain oiling system on the bike (front sprocket oil seal). It barely loses anything and the dealer is a couple hours and a ferry ride away, so no way I'm leaving it with them. I think I'll show them and have the mechanic talk me through the swap and do it myself...

An update on this. I ordered the center stand. If you are expecting SW Motech-levels of installation accuracy you will not find it. Unless I have a one-off left side foot peg mount this system DOES NOT FIT as shipped. It took a couple hours of install, removal, modify, repeat to get it to...

    801 service reset

Just to add, I did this months ago and it didn't work, but I don't know that I did the full 5 seconds. As soon as you hit return, even if you hold the button, the screen jumps back to the Settings menu. This time I made sure I held it and it seems to have worked.

    Ergo seat

The ergo seat looks identical to the Vitpilen seat except for the holes in the cover. I find the Vitpilen seat super comfortable, I put a couple hundred miles on it in one day before.

Oof. That is a ton of torque on those two bolts into the frame. If I weld up something like that I would make the frame extend under the tail to use all four bolts.

You have to be a member of that Facebook group in order to see anything posted. Do you have a pic of the carrier itself without the pannier?

Neotec 3 in anthracite, matches almost any metallic grey color on a bike. My only grip is the micro click adjuster, much rather have D rings.

    Power

Did they put a wideband in your exhaust during the dyno run? If you have an open airbox and a full exhaust I would be surprised if the fuel-x lite is sufficient. But going with more ecu control is really more about safety than anything else, you can make quite a bit of power running lean. 40...

If you install it correctly and they have one for our bikes, which I don't see listed.

Veridian is more than stock, at least for US customers, and you are left with an extra non-OEM button cluster in your cockpit.
