All of our coober lid issues came from track use. 20 min sessions almost all high rpm and full throttle. You fill get a bit more air than coober as our foam is less dense. It does not have a groove but sits flush and tight to the airbox, a bead of light silicone can be added if you are worried...
Thanks for the interest! We run our Open Lid with the coober tune and it is a great combination. The reason we do not glue our filters is under high load the air can actually pull the filter from the lid and get sucked into the intake, we had this happen multiple times with coober lids. The way...
ahh, misunderstood. for that we recommend these https://www.superbrightleds.com/moreinfo/led-wired-bolts/miniature-led-license-plate-bolt-stud-mount-pigtail-connection/1685/
no, this part is to thin for this. we recommend moving the turn signals below the seat with LED strips, they're very visible when lit up but barley visible when off.
thanks for the interest! The stock chain guard will work with it! some countries may need to trim the end of the chain guard though as the larger size of the license plate may hit
Thank you! We are working on making the installation process easy so anyone can do it. the headlight will be moved forward with a provided metal bracket that will also support the fairing.
I am not sure what you mean by a single seat option, could you provide some more detail? maybe a simple...
Yes, in the future we are looking into making a rear wheel cover, haven't started prototyping that yet though. There is a Local 2020 Vitpilen so we will be able to test fit the fairing, if there are dimensional changes to the tank width there should be enough flex in the fiberglass to allow...
We have been working on this as a sort of pandemic side "projekt" Stared 3D modeling the parts and then 3D printing them. Test fitting and adjusting which takes a long time when certain parts can take days to print. After the fitment was sorted all of the parts needed to be sanded and surfaced...
That is a concern of ours too, luckily the only thing that will get in the way possibly is the exhaust routing which can be back dated to the 18-19 exhaust by swapping out the exhaust system which should be doable around 300$ with competition werkes cat and chamber delete and a 18-19 header
Our bike is currently 280 pounds on the scales! Followed this thread https://vitpilenforum.com/forums/topic/weight-loss-program/
+ some more like the Nitron r2 rear shock, EVAP delete and the titanium kickstand and header that are coming soon will reduce another 2 pounds. Planning on converting...
