I have a similar issue. Was at the dealership for service and they did reset the months but not the KM. So I have service due in a year or 13xxx KM. I can change it but it's not saving it, I will anyway likely not ride that much but a bit annoying non the less. Software Version is 1V14

Thanks a lot for your help. I did find a YouTube video with the same software version as I have where all is working. I will try to visit the dealership on the weekend and see what they have to say. Will keep you posted, a real mystery. PS: Nice haircut 😀
